right, how are these codes assigned?

The dealers assign the priority codes, as stated earlier the lower the number the higher the priority.

There are several threads on this subject with more breakdowns than I can remember. Some of depends on the dealers volume and allocations I think.

My order code is a 12, and it was placed October 22. I have my confirmation email, and still waiting for my schedule build date. Being I have an HP Mach it will be after March.

New to Forum. Ordered new 2022 Mach 1 in November. Received Build confirmation 1/18/22. Expected Delivery 2/9-2/15. Received update from Ford on 1/29/22 vehicle on its way. Then 2/10 update from Ford new estimated arrival 4/3/22-4/9/22.

anyone have something like this occur. Seems odd that I would receive on its way and then not.

Spit-balling...the April dates are not set in stone. Ford's systems might generate future deadlines, pre-defined, based on current location, weather, Waiting On Transport, etc., all of which can change moment-to-moment. Arrival might well change again, to the left, an earlier date.

Hey y'all, new to the forum because of issues with ordering a 2021 last year. My last dealership pretty much ghosted me and wouldn't respond to inquiries about my order (date: Aug 2021). Ended up being "balanced out" per Ford, so they weren't going to build it.

Going with the recommendations from here, ordered again through Chapman with 3% under MSRP! (which evens out after having to pay MD taxes when transferring tags from PA)

Do you guys know what the priority code: 01 means? I have a 2022 on order after my 2021 got cancelled. I contacted ford racing they said "my 22 order is unscheduled at this time check back in a few weeks."

*original 2021 order date: 06/26/21. cancelled December 2021.
*ordered 2022 December with same order number
*My order: Premium, Jetfighter gray, leather seats, 6 speed, handling pack, elite package
