See, I'm worried about cops trying to get me for reckless driving or something, even if it's an open parking lot. I suppose I could try to pass it off as "learning to drive in the winter" or "testing my new winter tires" (even tho they're a year old).
You know, it's funny you say that. I went to a movie theater parking lot I knew would be free, cuz 10am on a Saturday, to go slide about. I wasn't finished yet, but looked up and noticed a cop car that had been sitting maybe 75 yards from where I was playing. I drove slowly to get my phone I had set up, then putted on out of the parking lot with no issues. Had me a lil worried haha

I think many (most/all?) jurisdictions won't enforce any driving laws on private property. Where I live there are reports they won't even get involved with major fender benders in parking lots.

Got the Ford Performance spec alignment and took off the engine cover. Used Meguiars APC and CG VRP on the engine.

You know that your oil fill riser tube will screw off and the cap will screw on the lower joint.

Installed the MP Concepts LED marker lights. Man what a pain getting to the bolt holding them on. I got it done though

Wiped down the interior squeezed into the back and cleaned back glass best I could. I assume it has never been cleaned the paper towels had black gunk. Cleaned door jams , seals , lubed latches and hinges . Checked the fluids and lights all ok, installed new wiper blades couple weeks ago

Finally installed the DD led side markers while the mufflers were.

I have some vids to upload when I get back home. ;)

Not sure if I posted this or not, but I pulled the trigger on the pre-built Steeda Sport Springs and Proaction shocks and struts with rear shock mount and Steeda Camber plates. I confirmed ($20 cellphone borescope camera) that the idiots that installed my sport springs last summer did NOT cut down the jounce bumper thinggys, but left them off the front, and left them uncut on the rear. Pisses me off.

Anyway, the stock units lost their magic after 12K miles, and this makes it plug and play for me plus an alignment. Really looking forward to getting the bits on the car. I have a NO sticker policy for the Bullitt, but am wishing Steeda had a discrete decal. Afterall, once this is done, I'll have the Steeda rear IRC bracing, front lower strut brace, shocks, struts, and clutch spring....... I see no need so far for sway bar or other IRS pieces, but I'm sure I will be back to the well............. lol

I also bought the Steeda rear shifter bracket mount, and will put it in when I change out the transmission fluid this summer.

Other than that, I discovered that the fat @$$ of the car has the rear wheel wells sticking out farther than the mirrors, and I scuffed my paint on the passenger wheel well while cramming it into my garage. MthrFR.....

If I would drive around without a hood I'd take it off too.

More like 24° with a "feels like" temp of 11°. It was cold AF even in the garage. Worth the numb fingers though!

I love how the car sounds now! And can definitely feel some power gains in the 2.5-4k range.
