I just wanted to give a shout out to AAD Performance for getting me my Rear Vertical Links, Rear Camber Adjustable Links and Rear Toe Adjustable Links i purchased from them about 3 weeks ago. The machining is top notch and their design looks very well thought out. I will give my opinion on the fitment and the ride when I install them later this month. They are more

pricier than others I will say, BUT: They look very nicely machined. I hope they perform as good as good as they look?

Curious to see what you think of the toe arms as I am planning on purchasing those. I have the AAD vertical links and I agree their quality is really nice. Are you going to do your own alignment? If yes, would like to hear how easy/difficult the toe setting is.

I just finished installing the Vertical Links, Camber Arms and Toe Arms. Use a floor jack to raise the LCA to simulate weight on wheels prior to torqueing. Yes I plan on taking my car to the local Dodge dealer since they have done numerous Challengers, Charger Alignments which have AAD Performance Links/Arms. My Local Ford Dealership has not done an alignment with AAD. I also did not disconnect my LCA bushing bolts or my IRS Cradle Bolts. It was harder for install but I didnt want to remove those bolts. Good Luck

I have the full setup and the ability to do my own alignments. I switched everything to AAD due to a bad experience with BMR. The customer support I have received from AAD has been absolutely top notch. AAD fabricated and overnighted parts I needed to achieve my goals at no expense to me and without me even asking. In contrast, BMR had no interest in warrantying or even selling me a replacement part for a poorly fabricated item I had just purchased. They are a small business that truly cares about their customers and bettering their product. As for alignment, I found the toe tabs quick, easy and predictable to replace. You will lose the precision of adjustment with the tabs that you have over other adjustable arms, but honestly even the best alignment machines aren't as precise and repeatable as most people believe them to be. The huge benefit to this setup is the ability to switch between 2 setups quickly and accurately without the need to realign.

So, to put the new toe-arm tab in (the ones with different offsets) to adjust the toe, I would assume you have to take jack up that wheel to put a new spacer-tab in, right? You can’t adjust the arm and put a new tab in with the weight of the car on the ground. Is that correct?

Do you have Ford performance toe link bushings or the stock ones?
The Ford performance toe link bushings are just a bit wider than the stock ones.

The weight needs to be off the wheel you are adjusting.

Also, Bankyf has the ford performance toe bearings, ill let him tell you how he was able to make our arms fit them.

As mentioned, I do have to take the weight off to change a tab. I think you could probably do it with the weight on the car and the use of a pry bar, but it would honestly be a crime to put a pry bar anywhere near these beautiful pieces. Besides that, I think you would struggle to reach them with the car on the ground.
As for the toe bearings, I am really glad you mentioned they are wider. I had never seen reference to that before and was starting to wonder if something was wrong with mine. I did have to carefully spread the arms open slightly at the end using some nuts and washer on a piece of threaded rod but everything went together smooth after that. I had to do something similar with the BMR arms these replaced as well.

Did either of you replace your own (i.e. do it on your own) rear toe arm bushings?
I heard today that these can be real monsters to remove, the bushing from the arm.
Either of you have trouble with this, if so, what was the solution?
