Hello all, I'm looking for anyone that has experience with these SCE Vulcan head gaskets.

After speaking with my engine builder (Holbrook) this is a possibility to try out before o ringing the heads.

I was hoping to save doing o rings until i am required to sleeve the engine.

Thank you!

I dont think it would be the same comparison. The SCE gasket actually uses a material gasket and stainless rings around the bore that cuts into the head .002 for a seal.

Its very interesting and i'm just looking for knowledgeable people to discuss.

They claim upto 35psi, should work. They have a 5.2 bore and 5.0 wonder which heads they work with.

Thats a good question. I know my builder prefers not to use the oil restrictors in the heads but instead use the early gen 1 style gaskets and remove the restrictors.
