Why DIDN'T you get a camaro?

Honestly I wasn’t shopping when I test drove a 19 gt, was killing time waiting on tire barn to mount some mower tires for me. Liked the car but wasn’t thinking about buying. Well 2 weeks later I had a really good woman just decide “the spark wasn’t there anymore” so I figured what better to heal than a new car with a shit ton of horsepower lol.

Being a Ford guy the mustang choice was easy but I did watch a lot of videos comparing the pp1, 1le, and scat pack. Pretty much came to the conclusion that the challenger just exists, camaro corners, and the mustang takes the drag race every time. I still remember one video I watched where they were having a rev contest, the coyote was just singing at 7k rpm and the camaro and challenger guys were trying to figure out how to get it to rev past 2k. Ford knows what we want….

The sound, holy shit these coyotes sound amazing! I LOVE the exhaust on my car, camaro and challenger don’t sound unique at all.

The front end on the new camaros are hideous, I’d be embarrassed to admit I was on the design team for the front of those cars. It reminds me of a cartoon shark smiling lol.

I knew I wanted a mustang but I did do extensive research to make sure I was getting the most performance I could with the amount I had to spend.

To me almost all GM cars look like cartoon cars these days.

Well, compared to the Camaro you are right, but the 911, Jag F Type, M4, Supra, and others are arguably great if not better looking, but hey it's all in the

If yiu what a high performance convertible with a manual transmission the ZL1 convertible with a. Speed manual is hard to beat. I drove my GT500 CFTP and my wive’s ZL1 vert 6 speed back to back yesterday. ZL1 is nice car but it is not a GT500. I like the ergonomics of the s550 better. I like the fact yiu can get a stick in the ZL1. She loves the car, so that is fine by me. I’ll take a Shelby.

Interior. Its horrible on the camaro. Looks like the buttons dash and overall design is still in the 90s. Same for the Silverado. (Chevy just completely overhauled the Silverado interior for this reason) to me an SS or above and mustang look good on the exterior overall mustang edges out even in this category. But inside the mustang takes it by miles.

but the camaro has fully adjustable electronic dash even on the base model. Something Ford charges an obscene 6000 for.

ah ok, I did not know that the old dash still exists, because we get it for free here, no extra, since there is no base model.

although, I was more disliking the 2 humps behind the wheel. the mustang has a nice symmetry there
