I've used the Adams, Xpel, and Optimum Waterless and they all do a great job for what they are intended for.

I love the Adam's waterless wash. Works great when the vehicle isn't really dirty, like my Mustang. It only gets a little dusty and dirty. Never out in rain or wet pavement. Never use a waterless wash on a heavily dirty vehicle. Make sure you get the right waterless wash towels and use the proper method and you're good. Works awesome. (PM me if you want to know exactly what I use.)
I haven't tried any other brands because I like the Adam's as it is only a wash and doesn't really have any polishes or waxes in it. Just a wash, which is what I want.

Started Saturday, finished Sunday moments before a 200 mile road trip… Today I’m enjoying the crap out of the new PP2 brakes. I finally feel like my car is exactly where I want it to be, and I can enjoy driving what I’ve put together until the wheels fall off…

The bullitt calipers? How was the install?

Plain PP1 / PP2 Brembo's that I painted with G2 red. I liked the look of the Bullitt pieces, but got a deal on the gray/black ones and decided to paint them. Install wasn't bad, just took me a while because I hadn't done that job before (on a Mustang) and I didn't want to scratch my shiny bits...

Finally picked up a street wheel/tire setup. Wheels only came in gray, and since my track setup was gray (19x10 squared Apex SM10’s), I powder coated these TSW’s matte black. I think the car looks better now. The larger diameter 285/35/20 fill the gap better (20x10 squared).

I was gonna say, I think PP1 and PP2 brakes are the same, but also noticed those look very similar to my Bullitt's.

Do other PP1 GTs (which is partially what the Bullitt is) have different color calipers?

Also, how's your brake squeal? I get a pretty bad one when slowing down from like 30 to single digits at a stop sign, sounds horrible.
Not sure I want to be taking everything down and putting lube in there.

Maybe when I put on the winter set in about a month I'll do it...

there are 3 colors - ugly-ass mottled gray (vast majority), shiny black, red (and now Mach1 orange). Red only comes on Bullitt (and Mach1) or people like me swapped their gray ones for new. One of the trim packages back in '18/19 timeframe got the Black version.

All of them are available thru your favorite parts supplier.

You can just remove your wheels and then pull the brake pads out without removing the calipers. Put a very thin layer of brake grease on both sides of the backer plates.

Always thought you have to remove the calipers and pins and the entire bracket to do this. Might have to take care of this when the winter set goes on the Bullitt.
Looking at the weather, that's about 2 weeks from now.

I installed a trunk closer strap on my convertible.

How in the world did you get a nut in the trunk and then add a bolt? Looks awesome but please share.

The calipers started out as uglyass gray which I thought looked OK, but not as nice as red…. The guy I bought them from kept the pads and hardware for his Bullitt caliper upgrade so I had to get new pads. I went with G-LOC GS-1 street compound pads since this is my daily and I only autoX occasionally. Cost was about the same vs. the OEM PP1/2 pads. So far they are very smooth and quiet. The base GT 4-piston pads were louder. I did not put any grease on the backing plates of the pads.

Yes do share. I know people have been trying to add handles etc.
However, with my pop-up trunk kit I think only way I can overcome the stiffer springs is closing it via outside of the trunk lid.

Nice, I am curious if you'll be fine. Mine aren't too frequent, but enough to where I'll do it when swapping wheel/tire sets.
