Is there a dyno chart comparing GT350 and Mach 1 power curves?

I haven't found a diagram online ....

Very curious about this.

No need to compare, compare the Mach1 to a GT. They're both Coyote platforms. I'm sure they're are comparisons between the Coyote and Voodoo motors.

That's actually my point.

The Mach 1 is the not-so-equivalent replacement for the GT350.

It would be nice to see a power curve overlay.

It wasn't meant to be a direct replacement, as it also fills the gaps left by the GT PP2 and Bullitt.

What I'm saying is the GT and Mach1 powerplant are the same minus the trans.

I’ve tried looking up bullitt vs gt350 dynos but there is too much variation and no examples of back to back runs. Maybe steeda came chime in on this I’m sure they’ve had both the Shelby and numerous bullitts plus a Mach 1.

Just google 2 then overlay them. The powerbands are gonna be the same no matter when/where they are done. All that will be different is peak numbers.

I did this overlay using some dyno videos, and ROUGH interpolation and estimates on particular values, So there is some hand jamming here, and I could be off the line slightly one way or the other, but it illustrates the idea.

Note the Bullit dyno cut off due at 6.5K RPM due to max speed issue in that particular gear or something or other, I cant remember what the video said...

These were done on two different dynos and different days, not a proper direct scientific comparison. Data was dervied from two different videos.

So fairly comparable up to 6,500 rpm.

In HP yes, but not so on the torque line, there is a noticeable dip in TQ around 3K for GT350.
GT350 is making around 280 lbft there, while Bullitt is making closer to 350lbfts. Significant difference, you can feel it driving both cars on the street.

Another way to look at is that Bullitt makes better torque from 2k- to around 3,600 RPMS.

Interesting to see that 3K RPM dip in both HP/TQ for GT350. It would be nice to see multiple GT350s on multiple dynos to improve our sample size and repeatedly see that dip.

Also really like to see a Bullitt/M1 dyno all the way to redline 7.5K RPM, sucks to not see any data for that REV range.

The GT350 is somewhat of a turd on the street, driving it like a rational human being. Once you lose the rationality, the fun begins.

Bullitt Mustang Baseline Dyno Test & Tune - YouTube shows a graph

The Bullitt/M1 hold roughly flat from 6500-7000RPM

If you throw a tune on it will peak about 7K then drop off quickly after 7500.

With a 93oct tune a Bullitt/M1 will be about 20whp less than a GT350, but will also be about 25wTQ more.
