Mach 1 fender flares

I know what you mean. However, the contours seem ok on these. See photos. I can use either left or right and rotate for either aesthetic. The issue I'm working on is covering that space. I was considering a small piece of matte black vinyl under the area as a shadow. Not sure. I know this is all just for looks at this point. But hey, that's what it's about sometimes. The flares themselves will help a lot when it comes time for "poke". I might even just leave the space empty and find something else to obsess over.

Those do appear to be notably better fit than what I observed. Might give that a try again because those seem like a small trim away from working well.

So here's how it worked out on a '19 PP1...

Out of the 5 push pin locations, 2 were a perfect match. The 3 fronts needed either splice brackets or a new hole drilled. Used a piece of leftover fender flare plastic for the splices. In the end... it's a great fit. I ordered some $25 winglets from AM to fill that 3.5" void up front. This mod is purely cosmetic at this point. However, it will definitely cover some PP2 wheel poke and cover other wide offset wheels.

I used a plastic mud flap and cut it. The rocks tech rears that I never installed were laying around and worked well. My pictures are pretty clear. No?

So I bought some plastic sheets for boat hill patching worked ok but the fitment is not nice and tight at least not as tight as I’d like.

I'm guessing the fender liners are swappable.

Not sure I understand the question. There is RH flare and LH flare. They are side specific. Also someone mentioned you can attach to the rear but the rear has a fabric liner. I don’t see a way to attach without major retrofitting work. But please correct me if I’m wrong.

I think he means the front plastic wheel well liners from the Mach 1 are swappable onto GTs to potentially allow for the holes on the fender flares to line up consistently.

I’m very late to the show. Hey just installed the Mach 1 wheel lips in the front. They obviously don’t fit the 2020 GT exactly but with the PP2 something is needed to cover the 10.5” wheels in the front. I mean WTF is ford doing. Lazy design team. Anyway. If there were actual parts that fit the front and rear for that matter I’d pay $400 for a complete set.

Oh. Well 2 spots the first two tabs in the back side of the wheel well line up but the 3 in the front do not. As you can see from the hack job I did. The lack of functional vents in the front bumper is a big misstep with this supposed “track” car. Don’t get me wrong I love my stang but $50k should have included some basic design features that you get on a Kia stinger. At some point I’ll put the cobra fenders and bumper on and 4 piston bbk on the resr bit for now these fender flares will address the poke.

I think he means taking a wheel well liner from a mach 1 and putting it in your car so the flares line up to the holes.

The 4 screws into the liner were unnecessary. Factory push pins are probably more appropriate.

If earlier editions are anything to go by they should be $120-$150 a pair.
