I can see in your original post you definitely did a good job writing with relevant experience and that has value to consider, I'm all about learning any technical information to help safely go an extra 45km on my mustang gt 2018 non pp, but then you went downhill from their which is what seems to be an issue. I had to do a double check to confirm I didn't mistakenly signed up to a forum for psychologists and people looking for mental help. If I wanted free psychologist evaluations, Id just go on Facebook...

If you have something of value relevant to OP, id be happy to learn. But your talking about xrays and ultrasounds and want to know what books I've read, etc which is different then the OP which is looking for knowledge information that could actually help someone identify areas of interest they might have overlooked.

I refer you back to said books. I could give you a 30,000 dollar shopping list and you still might not hit 300kph. What are you going to do then? Cry? Or maybe learn the subject matter and realize where you went wrong?

A guy in the U.K. built a car to crack 200mph (on a track under controlled ‘event’ conditions !), it took quite a bit of power and other mods to get him there …

Here's the plan OP;

3. Witch-craft happens.
4. Do 300Kph.

Am I missing something? Guy wants to go stupid fast in another country and Karen’s come flying out of the woodwork to scold him? This guy is in German and not even breaking the law.

OP as someone that has gone over 180 on a motorcycle the first thing you need to do is drive fast. Learn about the tunnel vision from driving fast at the stock speed limiter an then start working up.

After that tune it and run again to see how fast it will go. Next start slowly modding to get to your goal. Lowering would be my next step along with having the drive shaft balanced. Under car aero is probably the most important for reducing drag. Blocking off any unwanted venting on the front of the car will also help with hood lift and drag.

All I ask is that you record these runs so that we can all view them if something goes sideways. Unlike the Karen’s I don’t discourage people from making decisions I consider stupid as long as those things don’t harm me. Party on man.

1. It should be obvious to you by now that you are not going to get the answers you seek here. None of us here in North America know what it’s like to drive 300kph on our roads.

2. You are asking for a car to exceed its manufactures capabilities. That’s a tall order and something you really should get expert advise with.

If you should to continue your quest I wish you Godspeed. You’re going to need it.

Well, this was a fun morning read. What I find particularly amusing is someone joins a random (or more than one?) internet forum hoping to find experienced advice and then be willing to trust his life at 200mph on that advice.

Like a dog circling a puddle of vomit, I gotta take another bite at answering OPs plea for knowledge, and in so doing salvage my reputation as a patient purveyor of knowledge beyond my Ken.

For the 70 wing set the dehidral at an 18 deg with respect to an imaginary tangent from the roof line and intersecting the trunk lip. The front splitter will need at least 3 supports. You want the ones that are teardrop nshaped and orient the edge into the wind to best cut through the wind and reduce drag from turbulence.

The trunk needs reinforced lest the wing buckle the lid. You want to brace it with a plastic matrix much like a milk crate, the ones that hold 4 gallon containers. Or if you can find the larger ones used for lettuce that would be a better fit.

If you did everything right the faster you go the more the airstream under the car will suck it down to the surface. So it's good you started at stock ride height. Somewhere I have the equation for Bernoulli force curves at 4 inches vs 3.75.
