Man these turn ugly quick. Please post any tricks you have for cleaning that white plasma liner.

I have seen some good results on YouTube with a steam wand but the wand in the video was $1400.

Honestly I almost want to get some black or graphite color VHT paint and put it out of its misery.

Only soap and water is recommended by the mfg. I use a microfiber mitt and car wash detergent. That works well. Anything else at your own risk......

I would think that the liner texture would tear up a microfiber mitt . So no one here using the steam clean method ?

It doesn't chew it up that bad. But it does a good job for the most part.

The steam cleaning idea strikes me as the best. Mine are pretty clean but they do have some spots that appear to be petroleum based and I would imagine that steam would get that stuff right off. Can you rent one of these rigs?

I don’t know if you can rent them. I would presume that you probably could. As far as buying them I’ve seen a very wide price range from low hundreds to well over $1000. I would not mind buying one and the 500 or less a price but also don’t wanna buy a cheap on that Dosent work well. I was hoping someone here had experience with some of these machines
