ZL1 Titanium Tow Hook. For looks or will it be functional for regular use?

I am having an Aerovault trailer built in order to transport my HEP 350R from place to place. If you are familiar with the Aerovaults it is an enclosed trailer where you winch the vehicle in and out of the trailer, requiring a means to attach the winch. I figured a Tow Hook would fit the bill for that. Honestly I’d rather not install one but that may be the best solution for ease of winching the car in and out of the trailer. With that I believe I have read the tow hook is more for an occasional get yourself pulled out when you may go off the track as opposed to regular use which is what I would be doing. There would be minimal clearance in the lower honeycomb grill and any flexing of the attach point for the tow hook under load could potentially crack the grill. I have the tow hook but I have been reconsidering the install due to some older threads I have read here. I believe Honeybadger had some input in regards to their use.
So my question.
(1) Tow hook actually functional for regular use?
Or
(2) occasional use and aesthetics?

I am really only interested in option 1. I have another plan if it is option 2. That one will involve some other customization that may take a little more coordination.

Interested in hearing everyone’s take especially those familiar with towing their vehicle regularly. Thanks in advance as I have received some excellent advice from forum members here in the past.

So I did install the tie down strap attachment points from ZL1 products under the car. The front ones have two attach points coming off the k member. Then two points in rear. My plan would be to potentially get a strap made in the shape of a Y. 36 inches for each part of the top of the Y with some J hooks. The base or bottom of the Y would be about 4 feet to give me 1 foot of extra strap in the front of the car to attach to the winch. Other points would be use to secure the car down.

Look into a Rail Ryder self loading system? Looks like a slick set up.

I use my ZL 1 hook to load my car. My trailer is a little bigger so I drive it up to a certain point then finish loading with the winch
