Hi All,

Is there a spot for a tow hook on the US Models? I know that one is required for Europe, but have not seen any photos on the US Models. Dusold makes one for the 550s, I am checking to see if that will fit on the 350. Any feedback appreciated.

The GT350 is unavailable outside of North America. Ford likes to save a few bucks by pretending nobody will ever need a tow in a Mustang.

The GT350R-C has them.

You donā€™t want to know
Other than only use a flatbed, this is all the Shelby GT 350 Owners Supplement says about towing, which would not be acceptable for track use.

I don't plan full racing, likely time attacks.
Smaller track, if something happens, they will all
stop and help.
Not my plan to go off track, lol.

Something slow
No option for a simple track tow hook unfortunately. There is some opportunity in the front if you remove the upper grill blanking and cut away some of the honeycomb grill outboard of the upper 'fangs', you could bolt a custom tow hook to the bumper beam bolts. Far easier to cut a slot in the front fascia and bolt a tow hook to the bumper beam bolts, but then you're cutting fascia =/

I've been looking for hooks as well. Cool Tech made some nice ones for the BOSS. I would think they would make them for the GT350 as well. I'm not sure about cutting a hole in my bumper yet though...

Hopefully they'll make a tow hook and also offer the proper ARP long studs in 14mm. I'm not sure about attaching to the aluminum bumper beam and would think attaching to the bumper beam bolts would be better.

Pathetic that the Camaro's have them out of the box and Ford doesnt even give them for the GT350. Cost saving bs...
