Thanks for sharing. I would like to see them make some sort of smoked fog light. Those look way to bright in that grille.Just wanted to share the mod for the "tribute" fog lights.

I"m liking the smoked taillights that @MikeyTX installed...Thanks for sharing. I would like to see them make some sort of smoked fog light. Those look way to bright in that grille.
They also don't seem to quite fit their enclosures. Thanks for sharing. I would like to see them make some sort of smoked fog light. Those look way to bright in that grille.
I am wanting some one to make some halo lights that look like they belong in there. They need to get rid of the side emblem if they’re going to keep the stripe.
If I’m being nice, the fog lights get points for effort. But the end product looks terrible. Looks liks they picked up 2 universal fogs from autozone. They don’t fit the shape of the opening at all. I pray they didn’t mess up the 69 Mach that is the other half of the giveaway
If I'm not mistaken, the S197 Mustang GT used to have a similar design where the top of the light looked flat. The actual light itself sat behind the grille and was slightly larger so it appeared to be full size/shape to the opening. See my 2013 GT belowThey also don't seem to quite fit their enclosures.
Usually H or X pipes add more torque than HP, but that was on the older mustangs that had restrictive exhaust systems. On newer performance cars it usually comes down to sound preference. When it comes to exhaust modifications you often need a tune to go along with it anyway or else the stock tune attempts to compensate for it.I wonder what affect it might have on the horsepower, if any, which he did not mention.
I think rasp is different from "racecar" sound-wise because a hotrod is louder due to moving more air from higher compression, forced induction, higher lift cams, ECT. Racecars sounding like racecars came about because engine performance modifications simply make more noise. Screaming exhaust setups get a bad rap because just making a stock car louder ends up sounding like a damaged muffler. It's trying to make a side effect the payoff.Appreciably louder, yes. Especially on a cold start/at high RPM's. It also sounds more "racecar" to my ear, which is what people refer to as "rasp". It's still plenty throaty and deep in the lower RPM's. It just gets up and howls the way a Coyote should up top. The stock axleback is much better on the 3rd gen cars. My friend's '16 GT was too quiet stock. I haven't felt the need (yet) to put something more aggressive on.
Now this right here is what I'm talking about. Thank you for that! Now I just need the splitter with that kind of pricing...And there's good aftermarket replica but it doesn't have the gurney flap, but mounting holes match. More here.
It is a bit... Edgelord-ish...Some guy on youtube was showing this off. A bit morbid, no?

we've been through this before. THEY DON'T FIT ! they look horrible. Some guy on YOUTUBE got rid of the faux fog lights in the front and had real ones made and installed. Not sure it's worth watching his entire video, but here is that mod:
Faux Fog Lights Delete
My suggestion. Wait to get the car. M1 has a fantastic exhaust! My car was just ordered and not even close to being here yet but I decided to keep a few mods that never made it to the old car.
D1x Procharger
Steeda Road race K-member
Ford GT500 oil pan/OP with mmr gears (maybe, seems like overkill but I already have it.)
Steeda trunk struts
Trunk mounted Battery relocation
I'm still deciding if I want to install catless Long tubes. It's stupid loud and I want to track the car. Catless Longtubes will also make the sweet factory valved exhaust almost undefinable and I hate the idea of that.
Especially with a Steeda H-pipe!My suggestion. Wait to get the car. M1 has a fantastic exhaust!
