Me thinks you should be good On the stocker.Autos are much softer on the drivetrain, the torque converter is a natural dampenerDSS 1400s here. I'm at 1000whp on a 10r80.
You are correct.I believe that g force makes the ford racing half shafts, can't recall where I read that info so might be wrong

I made all my boosted passes on 325 M/T e.t. Street R drag radials. But a nice tall slick will definitely absorb some of the drive train shock. Just look at the wrinkle in my old 95 bracket car.What tire were the runs made on? I have heard bias ply tires help absorb the shock of the launch too.

Great question - To be honest, there were three main reasons for the phase 1 choice:First, I have a question. If you're going with Roush, why not go with the Phase 2 kit? Because as soon as you install a Phase 1, you will start to see threads on why there is a Phase 2 and it's not all about the extra horsepower.
