People that only like one brand no matter what, even if another brand has a better product, aren't car people.
My wife says she married me because I'm not a people person.

People are like Slinkies. Not really good for much, but it's entertaining to push them down the stairs.

Before I bought my bullitt, I drove the Camaro and Challenger extensively.

No question the Camaro was a better track and driver's car, but I didn't like the style especially of the interior, low quality and claustrophobic interior, wonky controls, and weird cartoon car/hotwheels styling. As much as I loved the Challenger, it was just a little too big and Boaty. I also cross shopped the M2 and M4, Supra and a couple other coupes/2 doors.

The Mustang was a good/best balance of all for my needs, and the Bullitt hit the sweet spot. If Ford did not have that model, and I bought American, it would have been the Challenger hands down. I love most of the styling and proportions of the Mustang with the exception of the front clip I don't like all the sharp jutting edges and wish it was smoother and better integrated.

But truth be told, it would have been a HARD sell to bring myself to buy anything from the corporation that killed Oldsmobile Pontiac Saab and Saturn, especially Oldsmobile. #unforgiveablesin :-)
I agree ..when they killed off Pontiac that really hurt..I had a 67 firebird wish I never let it go now..I'm glade still have my 67 Lemans . Definitely getting harder to see any Pontiac products anymore.

Just as long as we do not end up back at 1973 again performance car wise. lol.
Oh my what nightmare that was "1973 again performance car" oxymoron.

Thank my lucky stars every time the GT comes to life.

Yup, the Silver Bullets is an NA car in the 9's. That shit is crazy.
I believe steedas silver bullet isnt even in the top 10 if it were a camaro. As much as i love the mustang..NA vs NA..the camaro has been winning.
