White Lettering Sidewall Tires

Hi all,
Pretty new to new mustangs but have had several classic cars otherwise. Im looking for 275/35/20 white lettering tires and I can’t find them anywhere. Help a newbie?

Which reminds me of this old phrase..................."Different Strokes for Different Folks".

A lot us had white lettered tires way back then and liked them. Seems like some folks like them now too.

I'm not sure they come any larger than 15" or 16". Cooper Cobras and BFG Radial TAs come with raised white letters but only up to 15". I thought I saw a tire somehwere up to 18" but can't find it.

I think you’re right. Might just test out the stickers!

Has anyone had experience with the stickers? Seems to me they must be applied to the part of the tire that flexes most. Have to be some spectacular stickum to weather that circumstance.

Tires are something of a living object, exuding chemicals (that's why painted white lettering turns colors over time on tires in use) that might also affect the bond.

Raised white letters on tires are likely cast in shape, in white rubber, and the surface planed to reveal the lettering. That involves another relatively thick layer of rubber in a flexy area, and might inhibit cooling of the tires.

Nice as they are, contrasting letters on tires are likely to be more trouble than they are worth.

I spent too many hours renewing the white in my "GoodYears" after very little time.
