touchless car wash uses. I removed them, rebuilt and powder coated them. Now no problem.

ive used ethos wheel cleaner in the past, i do not know what my detailer uses, I was thinking it could be a cleaning product that caused it. Just wanted to see if anyone knew, couldn't find anything searching around
Ethos is a real burner, according to it's Safety Data Sheet. It might have been that, or some other product your "detailer" uses.

None of the "wheel cleaners" should be used, they're all garbage and ruin the finish eventually. And applying them when the wheels/brakes are hot, is really, really bad.

Sounds like another "detailer" that got his knowledge from YouTube. He probably uses microfiber too.

nope doesnt come off at all it seems like the paint is gone
Those are anodized, not painted. The combination of brake dust, wheel cleaners and heat will change the appearance of anodized aluminum.
