I guess or it was a peanut counters decision as a way to save a few bucks per car sold. You know, I don't believe there is. I hadn't noticed it, but I'm now surprised by that.
They must have gotten tired of warranty visits for "no interior lights" only to find out that the (now non-existent) switch was off.
does that kill the exterior lights also, my F150 is like that and I like it. something else for the first visit to dealer list.If you have forscan you can put it into dark mode. But that is a pain if you want the lights on. So far I like dark mode.
cool, thanksYep, it kills all lights. I hated when I shut it off and opened the door and the headlights stayed on.
Unfortunately NO. As mentioned, the only way to turn them off is with 'dark mode' via FORScan, but you can't turn them on again, plus it kills other lights too. At least Ford should have put that stupid 'dark mode' feature on the settings, to change it easily. Anyway, I left things alone, but yeah, it sucks, especially with the marginal battery on our cars.Maybe I am missing something here
This must be the same bean-counter that decided to remove the second horn from all 2019 Fords.I guess or it was a peanut counters decision as a way to save a few bucks per car sold.
