It appears that more than a few prefer the pure rawness of the 350R over the GT500 CFTP for track (roadcourse) cars.
I had the opportunity to have either to own, but not both, and certainly feel I made the right choice with the 350R.
While the CFTP does definitely demand respect, it is nice having a stick and the lower weight. Both are absolutely phenomenal rides but I have to agree with Speed Phenom and this guy, the 350R is more appealing.
