Help Me! Flex pipe rattling?

My exhaust makes loud rattling vibrations at around 2k RPM and sometimes at idle. I have narrowed it down to the flex pipe and have been able to quiet it down by strapping it with some hose clamps. Anyone else experience this? Not sure if I just need to get a new flex pipe welded in. FYI this happened after installing my H-pipe. Any thoughts?

Take that thing to a muffler shop, they will fix you right up. Your welcome.

Were you able to get it fixed? I have this rattle, makes a chirping noise when accelerating. Does yours making a salt shacker noise when doing a partial warm start up? mine does

my car makes this scratching sound when warmed and at idle. If I give it a tad bit of gas is goes away. Maybe it's the same as you described. Not sure what it is but been that way for years. I have the OPs exhaust rattle as well.

Easy for a muffler shop to replace the flex pipe. I needed to do it on my 2016...same exact sound.

my car makes this scratching sound when warmed and at idle. If I give it a tad bit of gas is goes away. Maybe it's the same as you described. Not sure what it is but been that way for years. I have the OPs exhaust rattle as well.

Mine makes this salsa shacker noise (don’t know how else to phrase it lol) at semi warm idle. It happens from the 4 second mark to 9 second in the video.

The rattle when driving happens when accelerating from under 2k rpm and around 2800 rpm when in sport mode And about to shift. You can hear it beginning at the 4 second mark.
If you have time, give it listen, some feedback would really help!

My car was on ramps, so not all the weight was off the ground, put it sounded like this:

Yes I managed to get it fixed! Payed $10 for a new flex pipe and welded it in. Sound is gone! The flex pipe looked okay from the outside but the inside had loose bits.

Probably the flex pipe. Try banging on it with a mallet.

Mine was the exact same. Needs a new flex pipe. A shop should be able to do it for $100.

I'm wondering the same haha.... the false knock only happens during shifts for me tho
