Took the car for a short test drive after installing the Blowfish bracket. It seemed to eliminate the “clunk” when shifting at low speeds between 1-2, still a bit between 2-3. I didn’t expect any change with that particular issue so happy with that.
A lot more shifter rattle and noise under hard acceleration than I was expecting; reminded me of a Muncie with a Hurst shifter. Maybe I’ll get used to it.

Mine came in the mail yesterday as well. I love the design but with me having a base, it's easier for me to use navigation apps with the phone mounted higher like pro clips location. Mine is up for grabs if anybody wants it.

How much ya want for it? Not sure, I may snag another for a spare Incase I break mine. I really like it a lot. I seem to be one of the few who do like it

I posted a pic and everyone is like nope, because they have larger phones and blocks stuff

I like your underhood plastics, especially the shock tower covers with the pony. I couldn't find those when I searched a couple months back, and went with the JLT covers.

I posted a while ago about my seats and warranty. I got word they're approved and the dealer ordered parts. However it's a vendor item. And the vendor is non essential. So it'll be at least july

Check out the ones for windshields (the ones that go up the side) on eBay they're cheap and come in about any color you want and fit perfect. Use some adhesion promotor and clean the area well. Application can be tricky just go slow.

I like yours better and they're probably a better product. The tabs on mine broke and I had to modify to get them to work.

Swapped out my CF shift knob for a black textured Slammer knob. Feels great with the Barton shifter.

How easy is it to replace the shift knob? Did you have to use strap wrench or teflon?

Is that the ford performance carbon fiber knob?

Very easy to replace. If you have a good grip you can loosen the shift knob by hand. I didn't need to use a strap wrench. Tedious part took about 10 minutes getting the jam nut at the right spot to make the fine adjustments to tighten the new knob down with pattern aligned properly.

Yes, replaced the FP CF knob. I'll keep the old knob while I give the slammer some time to grow on me.
