It isn't that simple. People are going to die, it is all about minimising the losses. I actually believe the UK approach is right for the UK, but that doesn't mean it is the same for everywhere. There is no one right answer for everybody. Don't forget we have a very different healthcare system, free at the point of use for everybody, so our challenges will be different to yours. Your healthcare system may be able to cope with a more sudden peak because a large number of people will not be able to afford to use it. That may help the system cope, but may result in more deaths from those going untreated - who knows at this stage.Just the lives of your countrymen and women at stake, hope it works out for you.
