So I also ended up getting the FP passenger side oil separator, Shifteck H pipe, BMR low profile jacking rails and a MGW shifter. I also got the Motorcraft 5W-50 oil and a filter to reset the clock since I bought the car used and I have no idea when the oil was last changed. Now if I can just get some time in the garage to do the installs once all the parts show up.

I hope to be - cant wait to get her out to Autocross as the weather gets a little better. I had a 96 Cobra that I Autocrossed for 2 years before turning it into a street / strip car because my racing bug changes pretty often...LOL

Finally got all the parts and installs done.

The shifter is amazing and I love the sounds from the H pipe. All in all, everything was pretty straight forward even without anything coming with any directions. Videos on the MGW shifter helped a lot. The jacking rails were a 10 minute job at best. Confession - I did cut the H pipe too far back at first, but luckily just recut / welded the pieces together for a clean resonator delete install.

trevman2 - can you give us an update on the H pipe? I am seriously considering adding one to my R because the rasp between 2-4k drives me crazy. I assume the H pipe tones that down?

I would just buy more fuel for more smiles of driving. I've already made some minor enhancements and I love the car as it is.

Put it in my savings account to pay my high a** taxes at the end of the year here in my county in Kansas. Not as high obviously since I have a new GM truck and not the Shelbys. It was crazy high with them.

I love the deeper, throatier sound of the H over the X. If you can find someone that has 1 of each that live near you, see if you can do a comparison. I don't have any drone at all and still have some nice pops when coming back off the throttle

Yes - doing the installs myself. I should have included that I cannot do any kind of lowering springs due to the fact that I have to get on base and my splitter already drags across the rumble strips at stock ride height. Maybe in the future when I don't go to the base anymore.



Fuel??? What you talkin bout Willis? Like just filling the car up to drive it more...

Speaking of fuel, you can do an e85 setup for under $1k.

there is an option called additional withholding. Not too hard to finger out.
