What spark plugs are you using?

Was looking into replacing spark plugs as I have just hit the 30K mark. I know that the Ford recommends them to be replaced every 100K but figured it doesn't hurt to replace sooner. I was leaning on going OEM (Motocraft) but was curious if you guys have any recommendations on any other spark pugs. My car is completely stock, just as a data point.

Resurrecting an old thread....I too have the same question. What spark plugs are you using, especially you track guys. Are aftermarket plugs, like E3 spark plugs worth it?

Did you notice any increased performance?

No... I changed mine with almost 12k on them and the OEM were good to go. Gap was still good no issues noted. I just didn't want to go back with the stock motorcraft plugs.

Appreciate the input. Spark plugs are relative cheap, but can be time consuming to install. Maybe I'll put this work on hold until it's absolutely necessary.
