Well, the Dems are trying to prove their point, but Trump and his admin are obviously trying to prevent any more information to be shown. Obstruction of Justice ... as charged.
So now you are a federal judge. Wasn't aware I was talking to someone from the 9th district court.

If he and his admin are so sure he did nothing wrong, then they shouldn't totally block the prosecution and should defend their position. They are being as uncooperative as possible. Yeah, it's a game they play. Both sides play games in situations like this.
And Trump is the master, he has made the dems his bitches. He has played them like a stratovarius. They are looking stupider every day. Know how I can tell, my parents hate Donald Trump with an unhealthy passion for some reason and my Dad said yesterday that Nancy Pelosi has to go. If my parents aren't on board with impeachment no one could be. I waas so surprised I was speechless. I thought I better go check his meds bottle.

I don't know how to use twitter but I would like to think my President has a sense of humor, as you obviously don't. Get Smart and Stripes is classic TV.

Again, you're ignorance of the system shows. The House doesn't need a court decision to make the charge of Obstruction of Justice.

Maybe you should go check yours ... lol. J/K ... couldn't resist.

I didn't argue they did and it is blatantly obvious that they didn't but charges don't prove a crime. Can we at least agree that the 100 senators are to act as jurors with the Chief Justice as the judge?

Of course impeachment charges don't prove a supposed crimes or Constitutional wrong doings have been committed, but being impeached is a charge of wrong doing that needs to be judged in the Senate trail - everyone should know that by now. I don't think anyone has claimed that the impeachment charges make him automatically guilty, but some may read between the lines thinking that however.

Let the (hopefully fair on both sides) Senate trial decide.

But can we agree on the senators being the jurors?

That's how the Senate trial rules work - the senators are the ones hearing the evidence and do the voting. 2/3 super majority vote required to convict.

Don't worry, it won't happen unless maybe more evidence is brought up and shown to convince people differently. That probably won't happen either. I said many many pages ago that Trump would probably be impeached (charged with wrong doing), but not convicted for those wrong doings.

There is a lot of risk to the Reps if they allow new testimony in the trial, therefore their plan is not to allow any - pretty easy to see that. I said all along there needs to be more testimony from people like Rudy, Bolton, etc that were in direct communion with Trump.

Help crooked Mitch McConnell recuse himself so he doesnt get impeached too, lol. Sham trial gearing up.

The Senate Rules provide the oath to be sworn by each Senator: “I solemnly swear (or affirm) that in all things appertaining to the trial of the impeachment of President Donald John Trump, now pending, I will do impartial justice according to the Constitution and laws: So help me God.”

A lot of people with Inherited wealth are dumbasses. How do you think they lost their wealth?
The reports are he was given a million from his father and he is now worth billions...not a bad RoI. Wharton does not graduate people without intellect.

And the world is full of brilliant people that did not succeed for many reasons in business.

He's still a dumbass ... apparently you don't listen to the retarded tirades he spews at this brainwashing rallies.
Apparently you watch his rallies far more than you watch the Dems...which is pretty much like everyone else in the nation.

Silly TDS meme here
Posting silly memes does not equate to wrong.

So, in what kind of trial do the jurors get to call witnesses? The prosecutor is the house manager, the judge is the chief justice, the defense are Trump's lawyers and the jurors are the senators. McConnel has simply stated, like me that there has been no compelling evidence of any of the whichever crimes Trump is being charged with. He stated that unless the House brings more evidence, the first vote will be taken to acquit, if it passes it's done. No need to call more witnesses, the house did a terrible job at their indictment. It is their own fault for being in such a hurry to ramrod this through that they failed to find any evidence and have failed to change that opinion in the minds of the American people. They are simply failures at everything. It is much like the Obamacare spectacle, "we have to pass the bill to find out what's in it." Pelosi wanted the impeachment ran through then start looking for a crime. It is not Mitch McConnels job to look for evidence, they are impartial JURORS, they vote guilty or not based on the evidence. I feel sorry for the people worshipping at the alter of the American Left, the people they put in charge are simply corrupt and inept. They are like watching the Keystone cops run around and crash into things even though they act solemn for the cameras they are a bunch of clowns with no more maturity than children.
