This is starting to be tedious. I DO NOT CARE what he does besides running the country outside of serious crimes. We have been over this too, he has been charged (by people I think are corrupt) and NOT FOUND GUILTY of anything YET. Until then it is a freakin moot point.
Sorry ... the Constitution is of the United States, not of Donald Trump. Yeah, he has not been found guilty, but he's been charges with wrong doing. It's not all made up, there is evidence of wrong doing and there's most like more evidence, but the Reps are trying to block that evidence from coming out in the Senate trial ... who would think they wouldn't.

In the mortal words of Tom Cruise: "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"
Oh wait I mean show me the proof, or not, whatever. I have real problems to deal with here, I am trying to find a cherry low mile 93 cobra near me. That is a real problem. Trump is qualified to take care of himself. I will let him know that it is unlikely we can count on your vote.

If there were actual evidence that he did that I would worry about it.
Then you should be interested in hearing more evidence in the Senate trail. Are you? Or do you want to see that trial be a sham.

Again, THE ONLY EVIDENCE IS SPARSE AND MOSTLY HERESAY evidence from people that are definitely biased. Show me some real evidence from a real person or just let it be. I don't need to hear from anymore 3rd party witnesses to make up my mind, the House had it's chance to present REAL EVIDENCE in a FAIRMINDED WAY to convince the American people Trump needs to be impeached and they failed miserably. Only people that made up their minds before facts were presented still think the country should be going through this. If America thinks he should be impeached, they will show up In droves to oust him in November.
The House requested info and people from his administration to testify in the impeachment hearings, but they were told not to participate. You would have gotten more "real evidence" if that happened. So there ya go. Now there's a chance to get more "real evidence" in the Senate trial, but McConnell is working with Trump to try and prevent any new evidence. What message is that sending?

There you go, you made my argument for me again. when you are no longer guessing and have proof from somewhere we can talk again.
And you've been shown to guess and not have any proof too ... so again, pot meet kettle.

It has been a sham so far, why wreck a good thing?

You are presuming these guys have more evidence. I am not presuming anything. If the House wanted their testimonies they would have gone through the courts to have them compelled to testify. Schiff is like a rat terrier if he thought he would have finally had some real evidence he would have gone to hell and back to get their testimonies. He quit, quite easily actually. Makes me think they were a big nothing burger.

Unless I am shown evidence, Trump is presumed innocent, no questions. If I were his juror and that was his trial I would vote to acquit. He does not have to prove his innocence to me, they need to show he is guilty. That is the way our justice system works. You can presume, guess, think, pontificate all you want and unless you are presented with proof if you have any shred of fairness you would think the same way.

Lame ... I say he's not guilty (we need a fair trial to happen) and you go mental with a stupid video, lol. Ok
I thought it was cute. It is one of my favorite movies.

There was one way to find out ... to have them testify. They didn't. Just in case you missed it, I said they should have got the courts to make the call on the subpoenas and conduct the impeachment hearings after that. Who knows what unseen tactics are in play ... just have to see how it unfolds.

And I say he is not guilty and unless someone somewhere can prove something else I'm sick to death of it. It the dems wanted to be taken seriously they should have acted seriously instead of depositions in the cone of silence.

apparently national security was so at risk that we couldn't wait for the courts for this one......it couldn't even wait for the polydent to set completely

Well, the Dems are trying to prove their point, but Trump and his admin are obviously trying to prevent any more information to be shown. Obstruction of Justice ... as charged.

If he and his admin are so sure he did nothing wrong, then they shouldn't totally block the prosecution and should defend their position. They are being as uncooperative as possible. Yeah, it's a game they play. Both sides play games in situations like this.
