That's not the point .. the point is ANYONE in Trumps Admin was invited to testify. NOBODY did ... what's that tell you. The Reps are claim everything was on the up and up, yet they will not come and prove it when they are invited to do so. Pretty telling.

And why do you think the Reps have publicly announced that they will not call anybody to testify in the Senate trial? You think they would just be chomping at the bit to do what they "claim" they didn't have a chance to do in the House hearings. It's very easy to see through their smoke and mirror show.

Flynn pleaded guilty to trap the prosecutor. Once you plea guilty they can’t withdraw the charges. He understood that and instead of getting smeared and then them dropping the charges, he went after their head.

He appealed immediately after his plea bargain. The prosecution wanted to with draw the plea and charges but he refused. He will end up winning as the prosecution has already gotten in trouble for withholding evidence. His prosecution was also a shame. He might even win a civil suit against them.

It won’t happen though. When everyone is involved no one wants an investigation.

I think the whole impeachment thing is a cover for what Barr will dig up. The headlines will be “President goes after rivals for impeachment” if anything about Obama tenure is found.

As for anyone going to jail. Nope. No one of consequence. They might stick a few mid level FBI folks. That’s it though. They are scared.

Afraid of shooting themselves in the foot I'd wager, and they know they have a free pass to short circuit the whole process since they have majority vote - the Reps could give a shit if Trump is a law breaker or not, that's the sad state of affairs of our government in play today. The Reps know there could be more evidence uncovered by new testifiers that would result in this for them ....

I've said it many times already ... bring in EVERYONE in to testify, including Trump and Biden. You just don't listen, or you have selective memory - combo of both perhaps. Dig down as far as possible and get it over with instead of the Reps in the Senate conducting a kangaroo court (which they will certainly do) 10 times worse than the Dems ever did.

Here's the biggest pile of straw that the TZs are rolling around in trying to make it their biggest "defense". They really don't understand that the laws of the Constitution and impeachment process don't follow federal/civil laws with respect to "crimes". Trump and his clan are trying to short circuit the Constitution, as usual. Read it carefully.
