I've been after him for this for a while. He seems to be of a different mindset when it comes to wheels. He goes for the bling... red, purple, and exotic designs.

All I want to do is preserve the OEM look of the 100+K car I am buying and not turn it into a pimp daddy starbucks cars and coffee cruiser.

Yes, there are a lot of us who just want CF replica wheels that carry the quality signature is known for.

I agree Terrance. Why not just create a CF replica wheel to make us CFTP folks happy?

I dig the look of the OEM wheel. The larger picture for me (and the company) is will this design also be attractive for BMW, Porsche, Chevy, and other European markets we build for. Or will there be enough of a desire from the Mustang market alone to justify the R&D costs for the wheel design. Currently I can’t answer those question, but you guys make a persuasive case. Just need more guys on board with that idea.

Thankfully the Mustang enthusiasts like @Tomster give us a lot of credibility in the community. Not to mention Ford has become one of our strongest markets due to everyone’s trust and faith in us to deliver. When the whole team is together at SEMA I will see what I can push for

Brandon: It would seem that those who have said the aftermarket would be right behind were correct. I like the gloss black A LOT.

I only have two questions:

Will the caliper clearance be greater than on the OEM CF wheels?

Will they only be available in 11-inch widths on the 20's?

Not real sure... I called @CarlosMRRDesignWheels few weeks ago. I think he said they could build any spec since they are forged.

Excellent news as our first set of GT500 Spec Track Series SV502 have tipped the scales at 23lbs each!

The official weights are in on the new Signature Wheel Royal Series SV801. Built in a 20x11 / 20x11.5 and coming in at 23/24 lbs.

Offsets are based on the GT350R, but the higher front offset of the OEM CFTP GT500 Wheel should actually bring wheel weights for the front down a bit.

We have one set of these on order for a GT500 enthusiast now, and plan to finalize the offsets after the GT500 Track Tour in Vegas later this month.
