Lost my backup cam, hill assist, and rev matching

I got a 2019 Mustang GT base/pp1 that's practically brand new with just over 3000 kms on it. Yesterday I was driving when a wrench appeared on the screen. I turned the car off then on again and the wrench was gone and hasn't appeared since, but now my backup camera, my hill start assist, and my rev matching all don't work. When I turn on the car it says "hill start assist not available" and when I put it in reverse it says "backup camera not available". For the revmatching it doesn't display any error message but it doesn't work. I have tried unchecking and rechecking the revmatching option in the menu and it doesn't make a difference. I hooked up an odb2 reader and it doesn't display any error codes.

I have called the Ford dealer and scheduled an appointment in a few days, but in the meantime I was hoping someone here might have some ideas. The car is completely stock and I can't think of anything I have done that might have triggered these problems, I was just driving normally and suddenly the wrench appeared.

The only other thing you might try is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that resets whatever happened.

Also sometimes the fuses are loose from the factory, lost power to my radio and fixed it by pushing the fuse down. There a fuse box in front of the battery and a second on the passenger side under the glove box on the right side behind a plastic cover. Just push every fuse down, itll take 5 mins, wont hurt anything, and could save you a trip to the dealer.

Good idea, I checked both fuse boxes to see if any fuse had popped out, and everything looks good.

I don't want to disconnect the battery cause if that fixes the problem then I might not be able to reproduce it for the dealer, I want them to see it in the non-working state so they can tell me exactly what caused it.

Went to the dealer, they only worked on my car for about 30 mins. Said some module was overloaded and they had to reset it. Everything is working fine now. But they were unable to explain why the problem ever occurred in the first place, or what triggered it, or if it will happen again.

The only other thing you might try is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that resets whatever happened.

Do not disconnect the battery or try to read codes. Many times customers do this and inadvertently clear the system and the techs can't look at valuable freeze frame memory data information.

When it comes to computers everything is connected at some point. The problem stems from whatever overloaded the module. Once they find that you might be OK. Good luck.

They fixed it, turns out there was a TSB on my PCM so they reprogrammed it, everything is now working fine. I hope this time it's fixed for good.

They are connected in that they all depend, among other things, on the sensor in the gearbox that reads the current gear. Is the current gear still displayed inside the tach? If not, then that's the most likely culprit.

i have an appointment at dealer tomorrow morning, im going to stress about there bshould be an update for the computer and let them know this looks to be a common issue.

would you have the TSB # and any other info that i can give to the dealer they dont seem to be having luck, theyre talking about a bad tranmission lol id like to have an explanation to that but the car goes back tomorrow morning
