I was offered $62K for trade last Dec for my R. Great price on the target vehicle as well, but I chose to keep the R
Last September my local dealer offered to buy back my R outright for $68,500. I passed because I wasn't ready to sell yet. I do think the market has softened a bit since then, but I'd still expect $62k-65k for 2017 which has ~5k miles, PPF on most surfaces, and generally in excellent but not 100% perfect shape (minor chips from track use, mechanically perfect).

There is one for sale at 55k by owner with your same specs. You might want to sell it fast before it’s to late. Keep in mind, a thing is only worth what a person will pay for it. I had the same issue with my 2015 Z/28 losing value. With less than 1800 around I thought it would hold its value better. Nope. It plummeted like a rock. Bought it for 76k and sold it for 36k to a dealer. Next day I saw better conditioned Z/28’ going for less.

Yeah, i get it. But locale matters too. I know here in Chicago the dealer is still managing a wait list for Rs. Maybe I'm totally wrong and the $68.5k (in writing) from a 10 months ago would now be $10k less. If so, okay. I'll find out when I want to sell the car, and not sooner.

So the time has come to sell my 17 Gt350r. Low miles 1483 with ac and equipment group. I figured the trade in value was gonna be solid based on how few there are and how in demand these cars still are. Unfortunately the low offers I received said otherwise. So what’s a fair number on my car? What are people actually paying for these used? Pricing on eBay and other sites look all over the place ‍♂
Crazy. You never even drove the thing.

I racked up 16000km in 11 months on my R.

Agree. But in all honesty, after 9 months of ownership, I've just past 3700 miles. Lol.

Am I reading your sig right? Did you wrap a Ruby Red R with green?

I live in GA where we can drive almost 12 months/year. Your car is in GA.

When does the 3-year warranty expire (bumper-to-bumper)? When does the 5-year warranty expire? What color is it? Have the two annual oil changes been done (Ford says do it every year, even without the miles)?

I really have no clue what the value would be since I've never seen one FS in GA (or in the Dixie Region).

Do you go to the monthly Caffeine and Octane car events every month? This would be a great place to park it with a FS sign on it. You should get a folding chair and sit next to the car so you can answer questions. It's the one on TV.

I was offered $50k (800 miles) on trade from my local ford dealer that was enticing me with a 19 R!

I understand that most guys in these threads are making a lot of cash money in this economy (and get laid regularly). We work hard in a specific vocation.

I think it is a good idea to stop trading cars every two years. You need to fund your retirement accounts at the maximum amounts.

Lindsay Ford has an add with incorrect price, it may be bought for MSRP plus handling of over $600 dollars. Has tech pack and carbon fiber interior trim.
The add treated this as regular Mustang with all rebate, per manager.
I find it hard to believe, but may be honest mistake.

With 84 months financing it’s a no brainer to trade up lol
