the laws in most of the US States, states that to sell cars in they have to have a physical dealership, in other words no internet sales unless there is a physical dealership to pick it up at, and in some states they can not even open up a dealership

I suggest speaking with your attorney for a consultation. You would have to sue for specific performance. You would have to have damages. In this case damages would be the cost and time it took you to find the same exact car for whatever price was agreed upon. So if you get stuck paying a large ADM, that would be your damages to be made whole again.

Don't drop the lawyer or lawsuit thing on them until you get professional advice. I married a lawyer, but I am not one.

Well, I got really good news this morning! My dealer finally got back to me and we are still a go! Whew!

Would you guys stop this golden ticket stuff? There are high volume dealers that get allocations. They have no golden ticket.

Hahaha I love it! People are so ridiculous man. It's an allocation. An allocation is an allocation. If you want a chocolate bar, go fawking buy one. I hear the local grocery store has like 212,081 allocations and probably like 1,000 already on the lot.

I followed your advice and went for a Snicker, they had some sort of limited edition version with dark chocolate and almonds ... it has a $20 AGSM on it.
