I know two people with Corsa that the fitment was so bad they had to take it to an exhaust shops and pay for Labor hours to fix it. Both with Extremes, one with a 16 and the other an '18. One of them had screwy Tips where the word Corsa wasn't at the 12o'clock position no matter what they did.

Mind you this is two people I know personally, not forum users. I'm not sure there's a direct correlation with overall bad quality with a test group of 5 (3 others I know fit fine) but I think they definitely have at least some production issues.

I wanted the touring but I'll probably end up going with a 3" MBRP or a Dronemaster copy in 304.

My Xtreme sits a lil low on my 18 but will be adjusted after the kooks headers get installed.

The exhaust has very poor fitment, and the customer service is very poor when you call them with your problem. My mufflers and tips hang about 4 inches to low and there is no adjustment. And there lack or ability to fix the problem is just outstanding. Spend your hard earned $$$ on another product that fits much better, I will never buy from them again.

Your mufflers are angled down on the outboard side, which indicates they are not twisted into place properly. Once you get this straightened up, you should have no problem lining the tips up. Totally an install error.

Solo has always had the best fitment. worked with many of their setups on different cars in the garage. always lined up spot on with little effort. quality engineering and modular design.

Almost every exhaust system needs to be adjusted to get the pipes sitting right. It a lot of times helps to have a second person helping you. Have one person align the mufflers where they should be while you are tightening it down.

What sets Corsa apart from rest IMO is the sound. Very clear exhaust note, which probably explains why some people say it is higher pitched than others. It's just clear sound. I'm happy with my exhaust setup but knowing what I know now I would pay the money for the Corsa. Hearing it in person made up my mind.

Hang in there (no pun) LOL
This!

But seriously some excellent, straight forward advice on this subject. Worth a listen and a try to get the fitment you want.

The first time I had the corsa as installed it went on perfectly at the shop. Over a year and the right tip started sagging left and almost touchhing the diffuser. I checked and realized the center area clamp was a bit loose so I used a jack to push up the muffler and retightened.
Maybe other exhaust wouldn’t sag like mine but the tone is the best imo.

I've had to bend the hangers on every exhaust I've ever installed here at the shop. Most were just a slight tweak, a few required heating the hangers with a torch to adjust. Corsa has been among the best fitting exhaust brands I've ever worked with.
On one side the Borla S-type AB's I installed this past summer needed some torch work and bending on the hanger rod to get it to line up . It wasn't much, but it was more that the slop in the OEM hangers could accommodate, and without it the alignment would have been like the OP complained about. NBD

Never heard anything bad on here about Corsa. There are lots of Corsa fanboys though.

As far as exhaust fitment goes, MBRP has the worst exhaust fitment I've seen on this car.
LOL funny enough the only exhaust piece that had fitment issues on my car was indeed MBRP.

This is blowing a very minor issue way out of proportion. Either listen to the advice provided or have a muffler shop do it for you. I've gotten countless comments on how great my car sounds so to me, I still feel like the Corsa Sport paired with LTH and resonators is probably the best setup I've ever done on a car.

It’s funny that most people are saying it’s install error every time for this. In THIS particular case, yes he needs to do a better job aligning BUT the fact still remains that even with Corsa themselves installing the exhaust on their own lift, the 18+ kit fitment is off. They have a stand-alone video on how to align the tips so they are more centered in the bumper yet even in their own video they are off.

CJ Pony Parts is the same way with both install videos of the non-adjustable versions. You can see the reviews on their site and AmericanMuscle.com along with customer supplied pictures all showing the same thing. If this were a $300 knockoff of a corsa catback that would be one thing. Fact is, you are paying the better part of $2000 for a non-performance adding part that fits like a cheap Chinese clone. It’s hard enough to justify their price tag for some stainless pipes and a couple mufflers. It’s even harder when it looks like that, especially when they tag so much pride on social media about how awesome their tips are. I love the sound. My brother has a Corsa on his f150 and loves it. I also wanted a Corsa catback for my fbodies. Sound wise I’m still split between a Corsa Sport, AWE sport and a Borla S-Type for my car. I think it’s an awesome exhaust but they cheaped out on the 18+ version and the fitment shows.
