The exhaust has very poor fitment, and the customer service is very poor when you call them with your problem. My mufflers and tips hang about 4 inches to low and there is no adjustment. And there lack or ability to fix the problem is just outstanding. Spend your hard earned $$$ on another product that fits much better, I will never buy from them again.

I have never heard of anyone having problems with corsa,Also their is always adjustment in these exhaust systems, your probably just trying to adjust the wrong joints.

They have thousands of satisfied customers, so I'd assume their product is very good.

I'll hazard a guess, and say it's the wrong system for the car, or it's not installed correctly.

My procedure that works every time. Unfortunately one of the faults of corsa's design is their axleback joint point.

I've had to bend the hangers on every exhaust I've ever installed here at the shop. Most were just a slight tweak, a few required heating the hangers with a torch to adjust. Corsa has been among the best fitting exhaust brands I've ever worked with.

Use your jack, put something soft on it so it doesn't scratch up the mufflers.

Loosen the clamp up further from the mufflers. Lift up on the muffler and position it at the height where it's aligned and looks good. The pipe should twist some when this happens.

Tighten the clamp.

Profit.

It's not a product flaw. They just have to be tightened right and adjusted right for everything to look good. I've had mine installed for a long time now and they still look good from the day I did the steps above. At first, mine drooped like that above, but not after the adjustment. I don't know of a single exhaust system out there that doesn't require alignment and adjustment to get it just right.

In order to ship my corsa sport to apo, I had to first mail it to a friend in the states, who had each section cut up to meet shipping length restrictions. When they got to me, I had them welded back together. I put the exhaust on, by myself on jack stands. The only adjustment I had to make was the passenger rear hanger needed torched and bent to move the exhaust tip .5 inches. Not too bad if you ask me. It also sounds great.

Here is a pic of the exhaust cut up and sitting in my trunk going to the shop.

bruh calm tf down lol. Its not their fault you dont know how to adjust exhaust. I have the same exhaust fits great no issues. loosen all the clamps put a jack under the mufflers jack them up adjust as needed and tighten clamps. You should prolly get new tires while your at it too.

i agree with op. the pivot point where the double x and muffler section connect is the problem. i know they did that for packaging but that's why exhausts like this droop over time. your best bet is to bring it to an exhaust shop and get is adjusted and clamped, then have them place a couple tac welds to keep it from drooping.

Never heard anything bad on here about Corsa. There are lots of Corsa fanboys though.

As far as exhaust fitment goes, MBRP has the worst exhaust fitment I've seen on this car.

Mine fit poorly after all previously mentioned adjustments were attempted. I ultimately used an extra piece of old exhaust pipe to use as a lever to bend the hangers. After I bent the hangers, the fitment was pretty good - not perfect, but good. Kinda had to go back and forth from one side to the other doing the aforementioned method until each side was uniform.

Honest opinion, if you really like the sound, take it to an exhaust shop and have it wielded in. They’ll be able to get the fitment straightened out.

Have it installed by a muffler shop, won't cost more than 1 hour of labor.
