You can see in the video, he's gorilla-shifting like a moron. Look at the force he's putting into the shifter, he's using every bit of strength he has.

No wonder he broke the shift fork, he's watched Fast N Furious a few too many times.

Alejandro is a drag racer, he rips the shit out of his shifters. To be fast you need to do what he does.
Why not post up a vid to show how to properly shift? I bet you are not as fast as alejandro. LOL

If you want to be a fast. Stick shift drag racer. You better be ready to break stuff. The stock components on any car just aren’t designed to hold up to the abuse of a 5000rpm clutch drop & no lift power shifting! I used to drag race a big turbo SRT-4. I would set aside funds to pay for a clutch or axle. Cause they were going to break. Even though I would always replace stock with upgraded parts. Even the upgrades would break. And this is why almost everyone drag races an automatic.

I thought the Voodoo and Coyote blocks use the same engine and trans bolt patterns.

What is preventing someone from bolting a TR3160 onto a 2018 Coyote block?

The bolt pattern is the same and the cross member is actually the same too if I understand correctly. However the TR3160 uses TR6060 input splines. No dice for the Coyote clutch and flywheel. Someone would have to customize this jobber. I'm not saying someone SHOULDN'T do that at some point. But one should not think they can just pick up a TR3160 and party on.

Can’t believe Ford is letting the Mustang go down the tubes like this. A/c issues, transmission issues, engine issues...fucking A. Have some pride in your brand and flagship car. I don’t use a manual, but this car should not have broken from what he was doing.

The R&D is going to the all-electric Mustang. What you hear in the 2018 GT is not just a rattle, but the death rattle of the V8. Sorry guys but the writing is clearly on the walls...
