That is one color that will immediately grab your attention. I passed a black GT350 the other day without stripes - sorry bro I didn't even recognize it was a GT350 until it just passed - otherwise I would've flashed my lights and/or thumbs up (I wasn't driving mine)

People would rather have orange fury over leadfoot grey? Color is subjective, but I don't get that one.

Congrats to the new owner.

Really depends on the person, I guess. I wouldn't have a dark, muted color myself. Absolutely wouldn't have it.

Grabber, Triple Yellow, Race Red, Orange Fury, even Oxford. Those are my speed.
You couldn't pay me to take a shade of black/gray. Just not my style, and I wouldn't get any excitement out of walking into my garage.

But I have a couple of co-workers that literally won't ride in my car with me to lunch because "i would hate to be seen in such a bright, attention-getting car. it's like you're compensating for something."

To each his own.
This is why we have options.

Agree. I'd take orange or yellow over LFG all day long. LFG is just dull to me.

loved my lead foot, black roof, no stripe car. i dont like orange fury at all but the 350 makes any color look good. ruby red, then lightning would be my choice

LFG does not do anything for me. I love magnetic most (what a difference the metallic flakes make) and then this orange fury is the nicest bright color they have now on the GT350 IMO. Talking about bright colors, Ford does not have a red I like (something like BMW Imola red) - if they had that, it would be my first choice (with black roof and no stripes).

You still on target to drive the R on the 20th? I didn't get around to putting the CF wheels back on today. I only had today off and back to work tomorrow. I'll get them on in the am on the 20th and plan on driving in the early afternoon

Are we finally at a stage where $5K is just an average deal now? When in-stock cars are sitting at this price, then I'd say the market has definitely slowed down.

I think slowed down is relative. Not many cars 3 years into their cycle are sold at $5k over sticker in potentially less than 24 hours.

The wife was worried about the same thing when I told her, somewhat jocularly, that I wanted Triple Yellow with the black stripe. (As an aside, I do like that color, but it was not my first choice).

Her comment was, "Everyone is going to be looking and it is going to attract all kinds of attention."

My response to her ... "Yeah, but that is going to come from the exhaust note, not the color."

Agree totally.
I passed up an R at MSRP because I didn’t like the color.
