I’m getting ready to install my BMR SP080 springs, CB010 cradle lock out kit and Viking Crusader rear shocks. Are aftermarket vertical links really going to make much of a difference on a street car with occasional Dig and roll races?

Since you're going with mostly BMR, I'd say to round it out with the vertical links that LethalPerformance and BMR Tech put in to their new "Biscuits and Gravy" package to use as a starting point.

They also suggest the LCA bearing.

Whether both of them are necessary for you to enjoy your car for occasional road fun is hard to say. I think most of us focus more on firming up the IRS (taken care of partially with the CB010 here) and improving the ride (shocks and springs).

I don't have any so I can't comment on the difference.

Thanks for the reply. I’m just looking at all options right now so I can knock it out all at once.

I would say yes but caution on expectations. Where they are noticeable most, I've found, is ridding the car of inside wheel chatter/hop coming out of tighter corners. Some of that comes from the torsen diff if equipped, but the rest was killed for me when I added the TCA048 vertical links. Because of how they work, I am sure they offer an improvement in a straight line as well, but as I'm not launching my car almost ever, I wouldn't notice it much.

I may as well just order them. In the long run they will assist in the overall rigidity of the IRS. And yes, my Torsen Diff does chatter the tires a bit in corners especially when the tires are cold.

What are you hearing? I get some clunking in slow turns (parking garage) but I get amazing traction out of fast corners.

This. Small price to pay for the way it delivers power off corners.

The Torsen LSD in my car is a lot quieter and smoother than my lockers I had in my Foxbodies.
