Update: 2019 Bullitt Mustang Order Banks Open, 480 Horsepower, Starts at $46,595 MSRP

I just went down to two local dealerships to try to order the Bullitt. The first one advised they did not know how many allocations they are expecting and wont know until a few days. They also stated they expect to get maybe two of them this year. The salesman expects the dealership will add on up to 15K ADM. I will not be paying any ADM but I threw my name down on the list and see if things might change later. I am also #1 on the list.

The second dealership was a horrible experience. The salesperson had no idea if the order banks opened and had to text her supervisor to see. The supervisor told her that they don't have or know the order codes for the Bullitt. I asked if I can put my name on the list and if they can call me when it opens. She said to just call back every so often to check... I will not be going back to that dealership.

I feel there will indeed be ADM's on these cars!! Those with deep pockets just pay up....those that don't have a clue and will finance...will also pay up if their desire is strong!!

Called the sales rep from the dealer I purchased my 2011 GT from today. The dealership has zero allocations, but he told me if they did, the cars would likely be priced at MSRP or above.

When I inquired about the possibility of ordering a Bullitt at invoice/X-plan pricing, he clearly stated that would not happen.

I then asked if any rebates or incentives could be applied towards one; he told me he didn't know, and would get back with me tomorrow...

Koons Baltimore Ford has six Bullitt allocations of which two are currently spoken for. From my conversation with Tom Snyder the sales manager, they should be MSRP deals. Their number is 410-298-3800 and just ask for Tom.

Got info that the order books will open in Sweden at least in a couple of weeks. Build plan for July/August and delivery in October.

Damned that it was not available when I ordered my 18. On of the reasons I could not put back my order is that in Sweden we will have new road taxes for cars registered after 1 of July 2018. This would mean a mustang registered after 1 of July would cost 7800 USD the first three years in just the road tax.... I could order the Bullitt and get it, I have pretty good relations with the dealer but the total will be to much.

Sales reps at some of the local dealers told me management will be slapping $5k-$20k ADMs on their Bullitts. Some of them have pretty long lists going already.

Bad news, it is not going to happen. Just a mental fantasy for some.
Ford has some 3 thousand dealership agreements upon which its entire business model is set up.
