Personalize the Pony

I wanted to share a fun "pony personalizer" that Ford has developed. You can create you own custom pony - allowing you to put your own personal touch on the iconic pony. Once you've come up with a design, you can save it, share it, and even order merchandise with your custom pony. You can even order an actual pony badge with your unique design.

I started with two colors (race red and magnetic) - the color of my two Mustangs - and created a unique design. Here is my design

I hadn't seen any discussion of this on the forum yet, so wanted to share. Full disclosure - I work for Ford and that's how I found out about this originally.

That is a good way to connect to the consumer a bit better and see what our wants are. Good marketing tool there.

There was a thread on this a couple weeks ago.

My pony is similar to yours. My 18 GT is Magnetic with Showstopper Red interior. Bought this shirt - thought about the grill pony but I'll wait until someone else posts about the quality or lack thereof. That aint me in the pic btw - I'm in much better shape than that.

This looks pretty cool. Also waiting for first hand report when someone actually receives the grill emblem and comments on quality.

Received and installed. Quality is not OEM quality, but it is worth the price as it is custom.
Now for a install hint for those of us with a 2018 or anyone who doesnt want to remove any trim pieces. Lay the new one on top of the one on your grill. Mark the location with a marker, then drill the tabs out.
