No, no, no. Physical parts are my thing and I see that as all simple. Those stupid wires will be the death of me, lol. Feel free to dumb it down completely for me. I need someone to just start making these adapters.
Btw the heated steering wheel module pinout is in post 401 as a pdf.Thank you very much. This is all helpful and confusing to me at the same time. I'm sure I'll just make a harness and return the entire dash harness that I ordered.
Copy that and thanks again. I'll probably get the ms can from the test connector next to the OBD port.Btw the heated steering wheel module pinout is in post 401 as a pdf.
Yea that is what I figured... Just was not sure if anyone had any tricks to get around it.No getting around the $300 unless you have a like unit to return. We pay the full discounted price and no core exchange with our old cluster. This was explained to me from tasca without even asking.
You might be able to find a junk takeout before long for less than $300. It has to be rebuildable though.Yea that is what I figured... Just was not sure if anyone had any tricks to get around it.
Doesn't seem like it. The gt350 cluster has a $500 core charge which is even worse. You have to send the same cluster back so basically its not worth sending one in most of the time (or for the 350 there are none to send back  ).Yea that is what I figured... Just was not sure if anyone had any tricks to get around it.
