Damn I hate wiring issues. Thanks again for that diagram also. One way or another this is going to happen.
Oh come on! It is not that bad!

Haha the original MFT swap was much worse then this.

No, no, no. Physical parts are my thing and I see that as all simple. Those stupid wires will be the death of me, lol. Feel free to dumb it down completely for me. I need someone to just start making these adapters.

It really is not all that difficult. The diagrams let you know the exact pin number and even the wiring color. On every connector there will be physical markings on which pin is number one so you can orient yourself. From there it is simply adding pins and splicing wires where needed.

My suggestion is to use as little of the OEM harness has possible. That way you are not adding more work then required. Limit your additional wiring to just the required leads. Tap into the Gateway module for CAN, run the additional wires to the clockspring, and then just run a switched power and ground ensuring that you tap into F37. F37 is populated in 15-17 vehicles with a 15a fuse and the lead you can tap into is pin 16 on C2280A on the body control module.

This why I bought the harness but truth be told I figured it was something that just could be added and not the WHOLE dash wiring. I will certainly update what I do of course and I really thank you for driving me in an easier direction.

Thank you very much. This is all helpful and confusing to me at the same time. I'm sure I'll just make a harness and return the entire dash harness that I ordered.

Anybody know if there is a cluster that has a vac/boost reading like in the 15-17 ecoboost?

So of the people that have ordered the cluster, has anyone been able to get around that $300 core charge?

No getting around the $300 unless you have a like unit to return. We pay the full discounted price and no core exchange with our old cluster. This was explained to me from tasca without even asking.

Doesn't seem like it. The gt350 cluster has a $500 core charge which is even worse. You have to send the same cluster back so basically its not worth sending one in most of the time (or for the 350 there are none to send back  ).

I think the best way to do this swap on the cheap is to wait and see what they start popping up on ebay for and just have the odo changed for $100~. The question is how much are they going to be as there will be a high demand for them and who knows how many are actually going to be optioned into the cars. I might play with one if I see one cheap enough. The GT500 cluster will have my attention though but that will have to be ordered.
