I am going to reserve judgement on the front fascia until it is fully unveiled but I am not to fond of those side vents by the headlights. We shall see though.

Well, it's meant to be a track monster. The R wing is good but not going to generate the level of downforce they want/need.

I figured that was the case. I was just hoping the R wing was enough. I’m trying to figure out where all the weight gain is. I’m thinking this car is going to weigh 4100-4150 which is a good 250-300 lbs more then a loaded GT. Doesn’t seem like much of an attempt to cut weight. How much more does a DCT weigh?

The more I think about the weight, if [MENTION=33371]Farruko[/MENTION] is right on the lb/hp, then I am kind of disappointed they couldn't do better. Throwing a s/c on a 350 and youre still under 4000 easily.

I wasn’t sure if my eyes were seeing things but I thought it looked wider as well. That would explain some weight gain.

If this car has much more downforce than an R, it’ll barely be a 10.9 car. Very high 10s is my guess for the 1/4.

The 18' GT runs 11's with 460hp. This car with 700+ and the 10spd auto will run deep into the 10's easily.

Unless Ford really steps up their game i highly doubt itll be lighter or faster than a ZL1 1LE.

Also Ford best stuff the best suspension money can buy under the GT500 if it wants to bring any kind of fight to the ZL1 1LE.

When I first watched it I didn’t notice then I went back and the back appears wider. Which like your post above would explain some weight gain, and some WIDE tires. I’d love that, that would be nice and unique from your run of the mill mustang.
