I called the FP line yesterday afternoon and spoke with Issac. He was very pleasant to speak with and as helpful as I would hope. Isaac confirmed my blend date, took the time to explain a bit of this-n-that, and even just carry on a bit of convo. As this process progresses further to transpo, I will report back further interactions, but based on yesterday it should be just as positive. Sorry for Tom above; I know how much customer service and interactions can make or break a business' PR perception/credibility.
