A 60' time of 1.55 equates to roughly 2.55 0-60mph time.Unbelievable numbers!!!!
Every do a 0-60 for fun? Are you in the low 3's?
That's amazing!!!!A 60' time of 1.55 equates to roughly 2.55 0-60mph time.
Yeah, I've heard that transbrakes are hard on the trans, but I need that 8 sec pass, even if it's just 1, haha. Not sure how my 2step is hooked up, the guys at Boosted Performance installed it for me.Im runnin same upgrades in my trans with transbrake and I talked to terry over at beefcake and he said the trans wont last long with the transbrake. Swells the drums. Even with the upgraded shaft and clutches. How do you have the 2step hooked up without the transbrake.
Hell yea swing for the fences. Your car will be in the 8s soon. Just need that 60' better.Yeah, I've heard that transbrakes are hard on the trans, but I need that 8 sec pass, even if it's just 1, haha. Not sure how my 2step is hooked up, the guys at Boosted Performance installed it for me.
Damm thats rollin, what rpm do u launch at with your 2step?.Interested with how much rpm u can launch with, with having a convertor and two step?Yeah, I've heard that transbrakes are hard on the trans, but I need that 8 sec pass, even if it's just 1, haha. thanks :cheers:Congratulations Austin, you are killing it!
I was really soft on my 2step, my first pass I pushed through my brakes at 3k, which normally I can hold up to 3200-3400k with my 2b. The problem went away on my 2nd-4th pass but still was only on my 2step for 1 second, needs to be 3-4 to build boost. Anyway, a 2b with a 2step set at 3200'ish will hold and cut 1.4's, I was doing it on my 20's, next trip I'll drop down to 9.0-9.1 with just the launch. Might shave a 100lbs with passenger seat, rear seat delete, and remove my catback, hopefully thats enough to get me into the 8's.Damm thats rollin, what rpm do u launch at with your 2step?.Interested with how much rpm u can launch with, with having a convertor and two step?
Nice mods and nice runs. Keep it up! Those Hellion turbo's = Badass.2015 Mustang GT with an MPR sleeved/built motor, tuned by Ken Bjonnes at Palm Beach Dyno. Boosted Performance in Mooresville, NC built the car, BMR suspension, Beefcake Racing supplied most of the parts. 1100whp'ish, 22-23psi, Precision 62's, Fore Fuel system.
Oh damm that was on 20's,my buddy RockStang just put a 2b in his whipple car and he is cutting 1.4 60's now.I was wondering if he would benefit from a 2step and if your holding yours to 3k plus i think it would help him.As soon as it cools off a little im sure he is going into the 9's.Makes me want to do an auto swap:headbonkI was really soft on my 2step, my first pass I pushed through my brakes at 3k, which normally I can hold up to 3200-3400k with my 2b.
