Have any of you had to relocate your O2 bungs? I just had a sensor fail; although, I've never had a problem until I let the car sit for a few weeks.

Thanks!!!

I had one fail with stainless works headers over a year ago. Not a single issue since and never bothered relocating.

Yeah. I suspect letting the car sit with 3/4 tank full of the corn juice, for 2 weeks, caused the failure

Thats likely the case, condensation in the exhaust prob ruined the heater...

I relocated mine and have not had any issues, the car sits regularly.

Think I'll just replace the sensor and see what happens. What would a shop charge to relocate?

I think it was about $50 to have them relocated.

I had mine relocated before I ceramic coated them. I went a little more angled going off another picture I saw on here. Hopefully they will not rub anything when I get them install.

I work for an oil company, so you may say that I am biased, but I wouldn't use pump, key word, pump, E85 in anything.

Definitely. Can't let E85 sit in the car for more than a couple days. Way too much water/condensation from letting it sit.

That's funny. I've been running "pump" E85 for a year and a half and over 15k miles with zero issues, and know many, many others in the same boat.

What's up killer!! Yeah. It's on me. Guess I should feel fortunate it didn't foul both sensors lol

You got off easy brotha! Just be careful. I saw someone once let E85 sit for the winter when their car was stored, and it gummed up the oil pretty bad. Goodies coming next week for me!
