1) clutch is weird hard to place why just is (I removed helper spring that fixed that)

2) 1 - 2 shift is odd hard to do smoothly unless driving slowly or fast (Needed to change shift points)

3) The way the car is geared you will never hit redline while doing a legal speed

4) I'd prefer radio controls on the left side

5) Some how the stock wheels look small to me (Will lower the car at some point)

6) I feel the car going on cam right as I shift (This is the power jump you see on dyno)

Adding

7) Lack weather molding around the windshields allows things to get trapped between it and the body.

8) Rear bumper gap

9) People asking me to rev the car

Love the car just things I've noticed.

I actually like the clutch feel, but lots of people don't. There is an over-center spring in the mechanism that makes it easier to press the clutch in for the second half of the travel. But that means when you release the clutch, you get an increase in force half way through that makes it feel like it is popping out.

Many people have replaced the stock assist springs with a lower force spring from Steeda. It makes the clutch force more linear, which might solve your concern. It might also help the 1-2 shift. I've also found that keeping the revs up during the shift helps smooth things out.

Steeds clutch spring...night and day difference. Surprising because the mod is SO cheap, yet transforms the driving experience tremendously. On the 1-2 shift, try letting the clutch out more gradually and slowly, that should alleviate the lurching, unless you are hauling the mail.

1. Steeda 35 lb spring.

2. If your used to the M82, the Tremec is different. More positive shifts but it does require slightly more effort. You will get used to it.

3. Huh? 3:73 gears are great. You can hit red line in first on a road that is 55.

4. Personal preference. I prefer mine just where they are as my other cars have it in the same place.

5. Really? 295's up front and 305's in the rear are small? Good thing you did not have a GT :)

The wing mirrors. They're TINY. I'm seriously thinking about finding some Euro-spec units.

yeah gap versus width.

I either have to go bigger (looking for pictures). Or lower the car
I'd probably avoid messing with the springs if you have the magneride, keep it so that its configured as it was with the right parts working together. On wheel size, i think on the need4speed wheel thread there are pictures of some folks who moved up to 20" wheels
