Agreed! GM recently addressed the cooling issues for the 17 Z06, still have to see how that pans out. It's kinda like saying the cooling issues are fixed.. nobody knows yet if that holds true.

Comparing a track monster that is doing quite well in professional racing (didn't it just win at Lime Rock?) to a much heavier supercharged Camaro...The ZL1 will destroy The GT350R it will be ugly.
what? After years of explaining that there is no cooling issues on the C7 Z06 they fix what was already fixed?Agreed! GM recently addressed the cooling issues for the 17 Z06, still have to see how that pans out.

have you followed CTSCC? the class is an embarrassment. it's dead. there were 4 registered cars at the event before limerock.Comparing a track monster that is doing quite well in professional racing (didn't it just win at Lime Rock?) to a much heavier supercharged Camaro...

For the magazine/forum racers, perhaps. For the realists/purists, its a non-issue.I think Ford needs to roll out GT500 soon. I have a feeling it will give the ZL1 some food for thought.
The GT350 is such a limited run that the Camaro won't be an effect on overall GT350 sales. Maybe the equivalent models of Camaros like ZL1 to a GT350R or GT500 and the EL1(?) to the GT350 may effect ADMs.A new to Camaro chassis that's been proven in other applications, a 200 pound weight reduction and a significant increase in horsepower and torque, should make it a contender. I'm sure it will have some effect on GT350 sales but probably more on Corvette sales. JMHO.
