GR099 & HR033 out for a cruise

Beautiful day yesterday here and went out for a cruise with the clone of my car, a 2017 350R. Had a blast, people took lots of pics and the sound of both cars was incredible.

Unfortunately it didn't last cuz some dickhead of a cop pulled us over because of no front plate (they were on the dash.) No warning, just tickets, and he called himself a car guy...

Anyhow, i've given in and installed my Craig's Custom Bracket.

Thats what i thought also, lol. 2000 miles and now a ticket, i'm sure he only stopped us cuz of the sound. If we had the plates on it would have been sometime else, this cop was just not cool.

That's ok. In Michigan you only need a rear plate and a I refuse to mount it to my rear bumper. I keep it in the back window. I've been in front of 2 cops and haven't been pulled over yet.

I had a different experience. I was working in the garage the the neighbors kids was going to mow the grass, so I pulled my car into my neighbors driveway across the street (He's out of town). I'm inside for a few minutes and my wife says the police are over looking at my car. He was just driving by and hadn't seen one - he IS a car guy - owns a Zl1. We chatted for a few minutes - good guy.

Canadian citizens are now much safer with those front plates mounted up front. The government coffers thank you for your generosity as well.
