Thanks! He dropped a gear and I followed suit, those suckers are pretty quick. I wouldn't call it a street race but more of a quick flex of what the test mule could do.

Really? I'll have to see if I can find the thread on their forum.

I was in my 5.0. He gave it a little gas and I stayed in 6th during the video. After I put the phone down I dropped to 3rd and waited for him to hit and he stayed with me better than I expected, but, he still got the chance to admire the new S550 tail light design. :ford:

Seems every Camaro I've encountered has avoided any type of pull with me. I've had them splitting lanes, speeding up the highway and then they just stay a car or two back OR they slowly pass me, wait till I'm a couple car lengths back and then has the hell out of it again.

People were more keen to have fun when I owned a lowly G37 sedan. Lol

Thanks for sharing. Your car sounds awesome. DIB looks great on the s550. Surprised the NEW 1LE wasn't up to a better performance. But that's a good thing. Lol

Well I'll be damned! I just checked on Camaro6 and there's a post on the homepage and a 5-page thread. After reading through the whole thing I'm a little eager to go test drive a 1LE and see what all this "superb handling" hype is all about.

Thank you for the compliments! Hopefully I can get an actual cat-back system at some point but for now the muffler delete will do! I'm sure I'll get a nice pull in with a 6gen Camaro soon.. I'll definitely do my best to get it on video!
