Good grief is all I can say after checking out that video! Sick, Sick Cars.

A base ss with a magna ride or stiffer springs would be a good comparison! I can't wait to see what an upcoming 1le can do! Pony warsIt will be interesting to see what an sixth gen SS can do against a base to tech pack GT350. Sadly, we probably won't see this tested by the magazines at least.
Wish I was rich so I could have a z28 and a 350r. Hardest decision would be what to take to work that day. haha
It's ok guys, the pill is back finally. :hail:Was that the hottest stock Z28 in the country? 105 degrees, 7% loss, putting out equal horsepower with a car with lighter wheels, 20 more horsepower and a more efficient transmission?
Yes the GT350r put the smack down. The problem is that gap will easily be closed by the 2017/18 z28. It's not wide enough for the GT350r to keep the crown if a future Z28 is in the works.Well the R is 1.2 seconds faster than the Z, and the Z is 1.9 seconds faster than the 350TP. Seems like most were right. Tis a really awesome time to be us car guys/gals!
I guess you don't understand friction losses and what is common, and what happens in high heat environments. And I rather have the Pill here than a lot of you couch warriors. It's ok guys, the pill is back finally. :hail:
Dyno numbers vary widely. I wouldn't get caught up with the 7% number. Could very well be operator error. Just be happy two American Cars beat whatever else anyone can throw at it for the money.Another interesting metric; the Z ran a 12.3 at 116 matching its magazine time on an unimproved surface in the heat of the desert. At some point, even the chevy nut huggers have to admit when every clue points to an anomaly, it is one. I would love to see a 7% loss R in this matchup.
true,im just glad to see an american company FORD kick ass without help from the government.:cheers:Same dyno, same day, same temperature. Just facts.
