Ditto. Currently shopping for a blower setup for my '17..

Their unprofessional responses at the end of the thread seal the deal for me. Scratched off the list.
Being in Madison, I would look up Brenspeed in Pierceton, IN. They wrote the tune for the Vortech I put on my 2009 Bullitt and did a complete install and dyno tune with a Roush on my 2011 GT. Brought the car in at 8 and was done by 5. They have a visitors house if you need to spend the night. Very professional. I insisted on bringing my Bullitt to Brent for a dyno tune. He said that I didn't need to pay for it as the emailed tune is spot on. Well, he dyno'd it and it was spot on. Anyway, the drivability, power and gas mileage was really good on both cars. They didn't need me to "see how it drives..."
I should have went to him on my 2015 but had a home down near Detroit so I went to LMS. Big mistake apparently.

I called Magnuson and they told me the 3.3 makes 6 psi on the coyote and the 3.1 makes 8 psi. I ordered the 3.1 and will see what difference it makes. Once it comes in I will install and have Lidio from Alternative Auto tweak the tune with 93 octane. Now I am getting how LMS made so much power on the original setup with only 6 psi. As Lidio said, "the tune is very aggressive". Some cars might be OK with it, others not so much. I hope LMS does the right thing and compensate me for this issue.
Magnuson makes pulleys from 3.90" all the way down to 2.80" in diameter. The diameter is printed on the outside of the pulley facing the front of the car. Swap looks incredibly easy.
The stock pulls on a maggy blower is 3.9 at 6psi.
Each .10 increase adds about .7 psi

3.3 is 10 psi
3.1 is 12 psi.

Not sure who you talked to at magnuesson lol.

I have not heard good things about Bren speed. I tried them a few years back and getting a revision was horrible. Know of one local car that even after breaking one CS they recommended replacing with same stock one that wound up breaking a second time. (Motor was an aluminator)

I'd do a few searches on them before going to them.

That's too bad about Brenspeed. When I used them several years ago they did a good job. But, after witnessing LMS issues first hand after previous very good tunes in my SHO, Explorer and NA mustang, guess things change.

A quick update. Last month I spoke with Dan Millen at LMS. We had a good conversation in which he offered to pay for the tune at Alternative Auto including re-flashing the CPU. $950. He still insists it was gasoline which caused the issue, though Lidio says if the tune was the same as when I brought it to him it could very well have caused the damage as the car was very, very lean. We disagreed on the compensation, but I believe he is trying to make things right. At this point I am not accepting this as appropriate compensation. We will see.

Lidio did a good job on the tune. 6 PSI making 523 rwhp on 91. I am installing the smaller pulley which Magnuson says will make 8 PSI. Lidio is adjusting the tune for 93 octane with the smaller pulley on Monday. Hoping for another 40 or more HP. The car now has a max of 16 degrees advance in timing. He thinks it will be closer to 19 after the re-tune. Some of you guys know this stuff on timing better than me.

I will post results after that. My can is auto, 355 gears with stock exhaust. Lidio also said just getting rid of the cats will give a lot more power. I really don't want the increased sound and smell, though.

I thought that you wanted a max of 17 degrees timing on pump gas but I could be wrong.

I don't think so, just repeating what the shops I've dealt with have told me. I don't believer Livernois Motorsports told me the degrees of advance. Lidio said he put in a max of 16 degrees with 91 a 6 psi, and with this smaller pulley and 93 pump tune it would be set at a max of 19 degrees. Although I've had two other SC Mustangs which I ran on 93, I never had an issue with them and 10s of thousands of miles, but now I am a bit skittish and may always add a bit of Torco to make sure...

I have beat on my car the last couple summers wanting to put it through its paces and find any possible weak spots before tuning and killing the warranty. I have auto crossed it, had a couple days at the drag strip hot lapping, and a day pushing hard on the road course. It's help up well and this winter will be installing cat-less headers along with an intake and tune. Might do injectors and go E-85 as well.

Before reading this thread I was planning to go with Livernois for my tuning needs. After reading the OP's experience and many others noting they had an LMS tune only to find their cars run much better after switching tuners, they are out of the running to work on my car. Looks like I'll be going with PBD or Lund.

Good luck with your car Green.

Yes. A terrible experience. The mechanical work sends to be good but my experience trying to get them to own up has been awful. Money is only part of the issue. Just the time and hassle.

Since your local check out Rodheaver's Hot Rod Shop in Masontown. Tim does good work/tuning and is very reasonable on pricing.
